Meditation in the Forest

Learn how you can benefit from spending as much time in the woods as you can. Sit beneath a tree and just be still. Watch the forest as it watches you. Be still within.

Spend as much time in the woods as you can. Sit beneath a tree and just be still. Watch the forest as it watches you. Be still within. Know that you are grounding and the roots of the tree are grounding you deep, deep into the earth. Make sure to wear natural finer clothing or to make skin contact with the tree or the root-woven earth. 20 minutes for a solid connection to form and to feel the earth.

Another exercise is to find 2 trees you can stand between and comfortably reach both with your hands. Stand between the trees not facing either so they are equally on either side of you. Place your palms gently against the trees and hold that position. You are releasing stuck energy into the trees and they are grounding you in their roots and allowing pure source energy (God, Divine Love, Spirit etc) to flow into you. If you can be barefoot then all the better. No gloves of course. You need to be electrically connected to the trees/earth. Do this for 10-20 minutes daily, weekly or as much as you are able.
